Specific Term and Conditions

Granada Price Promise Terms

1. Granada  Cranes & Handling will beat any genuine quotation for a new overhead travelling crane based on the following conditions:

1a. The comparative quote must be genuine and provided as proof in original format(4).

1b. The specification of the equipment offered by both parties must be equal.

1c. The comparative equipment must be ‘all new’ with no reconditioned components or steelwork used in its construction.

2. This offer applies only on the basis of comparison against other cranes manufactured in the UK by companies based in the UK.

 3. This offer is valid for single and double girder configuration, standard, overhead cranes with capacities up to 70 tonnes, spans up to 30metres and up to duty/group M8/A8. It does not include any specialist automated systems, additional equipment such as grabs, masts, etc or any item deemed ‘special’ in the opinion of Granada Cranes & Handling.

 4. Proof of the better rate must be provided by official written quotation from the competitor, or must be published as an available rate on that provider’s website or marketing materials. Quotations must state the specific time and date of the quote to allow comparison in real terms. Granada reserves the right to verify the quote by telephone with that provider.

 5. Granada reserves the right to withdraw this guarantee at any time and to withdraw the guarantee offer from a customer account at any time.

 6. Unless prohibited by law, Granada Cranes & Handling reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer and the terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
